At Personal Care Choices, we offer a variety of services that include (but not limited to) in-home personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, running errands, transportation and overall care management. We understand that the needs of your loved one are unique, therefore, each plan is individualized so that specific needs are met.

We are licensed by the State of Tennessee with the following programs:  ETHRA, Options for Community Living, National Caregiver Program and Department of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities (DMHDD) as a Personal Support Services Agency. Our experienced staff have had complete background checks, drug testing, extensive training, and are licensed, bonded and insured to provide personal, non-medical care to your family member. Our staff is a wonderful team of caregivers who are dependable and well qualified. They truly enjoy giving care to our clients.
